Whether it’s due to a rare fault in the fabric or simply a change of heart, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

• 100% refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item (within the 28-day return window), subject to a quality check.
• Store credit will be issued for returns processed beyond 14 days (within the 28-day return window).
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• If free delivery is provided, the delivery cost will not be deducted from refunds unless the item is faulty.
• Sale or discounted items will only receive store credit, not refunds, unless the item is faulty.

• Fill out the required information, including your order number and details about the return.
• Package your items along with the completed returns form and send them to:

• Use Australia Post with a tracking number to track your parcel.
• Your return will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, subject to a quality check.

• Items must be unworn, unsoiled, and in original condition with all tags intact.
• Returns are the customer’s responsibility until received by The Swank Store.
• Do not reuse our courier bag or packaging.
• Include the completed returns form in your package.

Our garments are made from delicate, luxury fabrics. Please handle them with care and repackage them neatly. We send items in pristine condition, and we kindly ask that you return them in the same way.
